2016年11月11日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，对原产于中国的无缝钢铁管（seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel）作出反倾销初裁。涉案产品欧盟CN（Combined Nomenclature）编码为7304 19 90、ex 7304 29 90、7304 39 98和7304 59 99；欧盟TARIC编码为7304299090。初步裁定中国涉案企业适用的反倾销税率如下：

2016年2月13日，欧盟委员会应欧盟不锈钢管产业保护委员会（The Defence Committee of the Seamless Steel Tubes Industry of the European Union）代表无缝钢铁管产量占欧盟内同类产品总产量25%以上的欧盟生产商于2016年1月4日提出的申请，欧盟委员会对华无缝钢铁管进行反倾销立案调查。本案倾销和损害调查期为2015年1月1日~2015年12月31日。
